Gotta eat

Me walking into the kitchen with a box full of tomatos to be chopped, randomly dragging along a couple of folks willing to support... that is the kind of family-like spontaneity we would like to keep up for the week. However a certain amount of planning helps a ton, which is why two questions become quite important to ask y'all:
a) what DON'T you eat?
b) when would YOU be willing to help out? Generally speaking this is what will be served for all of us throughout the week:
1. a simply but broad breakfast buffet [open from 8 to 11 am]
2. two daily varying lunch options (vegan + non-vegetarian) [open from 1 to 3 pm]
3. an ongoing self service dinner buffet (vegan + non-vegetarian) [open from 6 to 11 pm]
As for beverages we will have limitless amounts of local "Novépacke" draft beer, a truckload of cold non-alcoholic bottled drinks and our very fine bar, ready for you to order or fix your favorite drink from "Pims & Lemonade" to "Jägerbombs" or just straight down the single malt aisle. Slowly get ready to answer the two questions above - we will come and ask in advance :)
